PRODUCTION TIME

Éitan Levy jewelry is entirely hand-made in Los Angeles, CA. Most pieces are made to order so please allow a 1-3 week production period. There is a 24 hr period to cancel ANY order, yet once a piece is in production we cannot cancel the order. 

If you would like to request a change on your order after production has begun please note that it may incur fees based upon the request. If you need your jewelry in a hurry, please contact us and we will let you know if we can ship immediately or if it can be expedited. Fees for expedited projects may apply depending on the requirements.

LOS ANGELES PICK-UP

Feel free to pick up your jewelry at our design studio located in Venice, CA. We'd love to meet you!

DOMESTIC

We offer Free UPS 2-Day Express shipping for all domestic orders. If you are sending the jewelry as a gift please let us know so we can include a gift card instead of a receipt.

INTERNATIONAL

International shipping is currently available to most destinations. We ship internationally with DHL Express Mail for a flatrate of $50. Although we are not responsible for customs fees or taxes incurred from importing goods - these are payable by recipient upon delivery. We ship the items fully insured and listed at full retail value. DHL Express Mail generally takes 2 to 5 business days, not including any customs delays.

REPAIRS AND SIZING

We stand behind the quality of our work and provide repairs due to breakage or damage free of charge for life, as well as one free resizing for engagement rings purchased online or at our studio. We are currently accepting general jewelry repairs as well, just give us a call or stop by the studio for a quote.

PAYMENT INFORMATION

All online orders must be paid with a credit card. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express and PayPal. Your credit card will be charged in full at the time that you make your on-line purchase.  Be sure that the name and address that you enter matches the name on your credit card and the address where you receive your credit card billing statement or the charge will not be authorized.  At this time we cannot ship to any address other than that where you receive your credit card statement. If you have questions about your on-line transaction, please contact us and we will help you.

SALES TAX

Applicable sales tax will be charged for all orders within the state of California.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. Since each piece is made to order we currently do not offer refunds. If you are unsatisfied for any reason, you may exchange your purchase within seven business days of receipt of goods for an item that is of equal or greater value than the item purchased. Personalized, engraved, or other custom orders are non-cancelable and non-returnable. Credit issued will not include original shipping charges. If additional payment is required for your new item, we will contact you for additional payment information.

Prior to shipping your return, please contact us first for further instructions. All returns must be in their complete original packaging and condition and be shipped prepaid and insured. We are not responsible for lost items and cannot issue credit for lost items.

If, upon receipt, you find that your order is not as it should be, please contact us immediately. Any damage must be reported within two (2) days of delivery. No allowances or credits will be given after this period.
